Ready for the recipe, here we go! Bring a pot of water to a boil. Turn off the heat, add the rice noodles, and let them cook for 10 minutes. Drain the water, add some shredded carrots, a pinch of ginger, and a drizzle of soy sauce. Easy peasy, right?
